Product Description

--Product structure and working principle
The BF5TD -5TD motorised thresher is designed and manufactured according to JB/T9778-2018 "Technical conditions for full-feed threshers" and conforms to GB/T5982--2005 "Test methods for threshing machines".
It is mainly composed of feeding table, frame, concave plate sieve, threshing drum, cover, guide plate, fan, vibrating sieve and transmission device.
When the diesel engine is started, the drum, fan, guide wheel and vibrating sieve are rotated by the triangle belt drive, and the machine is put into use only after five minutes when the rated speed is reached.
The machine adopts a nail-tooth type drum for threshing to achieve the effect that both dry and wet can be threshed, the crushing rate is low and the net rate is high.
The feed inlet and grass discharge ports are set at both ends of the drum, increasing the threshing stroke and increasing the effective separation area of the concave plate sieve, so that it can be threshed once and does not need to be threshed again.
The wind-selecting fan draws the leaves and chaff in the mixture separated from the concave plate sieve into the fan through the suction port and discharges them at the appropriate position through the turning elbow; the rest of the mixture is then screened through the reciprocating vibrating sieve, and the large bean grains fall into the sliding plate at the bottom of the vibrating sieve before flowing out from the grain outlet and being bagged manually.
The 5TD motorised thresher adopts a combined operation of threshing, wind selection and screening, and can make the soybeans clean and separate at one time. The product has a reasonable structure, a high rate of dehulling, low loss rate and low energy consumption, thus saving manpower and material resources, and is welcomed by the majority of users. The product is widely used in rural, plain, semi-mountainous and hilly areas of soybean, wheat, rice, quinoa and other grain producing areas.

When feeding, the bale must be fed continuously and evenly, which can improve the efficiency and performance of the machine. To ensure the integrity of the machine and personal safety, it is strictly forbidden to overload the whole bale.
4.1 Before each operating season, the threshing drum should be checked for cracks and deformations in the working parts such as the stabilising rod, nail teeth, and impeller. Replacement of parts should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the manual or under the guidance of experienced maintenance personnel.
4.2 Parts that hinder operation and affect the safety of the machine should not be modified.
4.3 The machine should be test run before operation. The test run should be free from friction, abnormal sound and vibration, the drum rotation should be correct, the speed should be in accordance with the requirements of the instruction manual, and over-speed operation is strictly prohibited.
4.4 Before starting the machine, a signal should be given to confirm that there is no one next to the machine before starting.
4.5 It is strictly forbidden to operate the machine after drinking, pregnant women or minors. The operator of this machine should tighten the cuffs when working and wear a protective cap if he has long hair.
4.6 When working, it is strictly forbidden to put your hands into the feed opening, the grass discharge opening and other dangerous moving parts.
4.7 It is strictly forbidden to stand in front of or behind the grass discharge opening and the chaff outlet.
4.8 When working, it is strictly forbidden to feed hard objects such as stones, wooden blocks and metal into the machine.
4.9 If blockage or other abnormalities are found in the operation, the machine should be stopped immediately and the power should be cut off before cleaning and inspection.
4.10 The bolts on the threshing drum, fan and its bearing seat and other moving parts must not be loose and should be checked regularly according to the requirements in the instruction manual.
V. Maintenance of the threshing machine
5.1 Every 40 hours of work, the drum and fan bearings should be checked and filled with grease in appropriate amounts.
5.2 At the end of each use, the threshing machine should be airborne for 5 minutes after the machine to exclude the residual feed into the machine.
5.3 At the end of the operation, check the condition of the machine parts and carry out maintenance.
 When replacing the drum ribs or nail teeth, the drum must be corrected for static balancing, and when replacing the fan impeller, the impeller must be corrected for static balancing.
5.4 Every 8-10 hours of work, promptly check whether the bearing seat bolts, drum bolts and other important fasteners are loose, to ensure that the fasteners are solid and reliable.
5.5 After each season's work, check the condition of the parts, remove the debris from the machine, wash the bearing parts with petrol and fill with grease, paint peeling places should be painted, and the machine exists in the storehouse.
