1. Feed:
Select the remaining waste heads from the prefabrication yard with a diameter of less than 8mm and a length of more than 10cm, as well as the waste steel bars, cold drawn wires, waste welding rods, and round heads removed from old buildings as raw materials.
2. Principle:
1. First, the raw materials will be brushed and rust removed by the wire drawing machine, and then pulled to the size and diameter of the nails you need; 2. Enter the nail making mechanism again to form a round nail; 3. Load it into a polishing machine (add raw materials) and throw it to the desired brightness. Pour it out; 4. Measurement packaging leaves the factory. (It can also be pulled into square mesh, chicken coops, greenhouses, clothes hangers, car baskets, and other aspects for use.)
3. Parameters:
This mechanism can produce nails with a length of 50-180 millimeters (2 inches, 2.5 inches, 3 inches, 4 inches, 5 inches, 6 inches, etc.). The replacement module can produce round nails of different specifications, with a working voltage of 380 volts. It is operated by three people and covers an area of over 20 square meters. It can be learned in 1-2 days of primary school education, and can be put into production when connected to the power supply.
