--Advantages of horizontal woodworking band saw:

--Installation and commissioning of horizontal band saw machine:
Foundation treatment: The concrete treatment ground is 15-20 centimeters thick, and the required site width is 6 meters and the length is not less than 12 meters (unlimited length is allowed). There should be no dangerous factors such as high-voltage lines above the site. If the factory or vehicle is required, the height should not be less than 7 meters to ensure the normal running of the band saw machine.
Installation of rails:
After fixing the track on the cement floor as shown in the above figure, place the cross beam on a wooden frame, ensure that the cross beam is horizontal, and then place the bottom wheel frame on the track. Measure the guaranteed distance of the column fixing seat on the bottom wheel frame to be 1000mm; After measuring, place the column and then place the upper top cover.
2. Place the upper top cover on the column after measuring the spacing of 1000mm as shown in the figure above. Fix the central screw of the column and the screw around the column. After installing the cross beam and the counterweight, it is possible to adjust the rise and fall.
3. The traveling part, the rotating part of the band saw wheel, and the lifting part are tested separately.

--Operation of horizontal woodworking band saw:
1. Turn on the external power switch of the control cabinet (provided by the user), open the control box, and push the main air switch upward.
2. Turn on the emergency stop (button 3) switch for 5 seconds and rotate it 90 degrees to the right in the direction of the arrow.
3. The automatic manual switch (button 7) automatically switches left, manual, and right.
4. Press the Fast Down (button 10) button to lower the saw blade to the wood position and release to stop.
5. Shift the automatic manual (button 7) switch to the left to the automatic position.
6. Press the down (button 12) button for 1.5 seconds before automatically starting.

1. The saw head drops to the set position and stops
2. The saw head starts to move forward and stops before reaching the front limit
