Hydraulic press wood pallet equipment is a special machinery and equipment for the production of wood pallets, driven by a hydraulic system, to achieve the wood pressing, molding and assembling.The molded pallet production equipment mainly produces molded pallets with waste wood, sawdust, wood shavings and straw as raw materials.
 

A.Equipment Components
Hydraulic system: the core part, including hydraulic pumps, cylinders, control valves, etc., provides stable pressure (usually 10-200 tons) to ensure firm pallet molding.
Table mold: replaceable mold design, adapt to different pallet size (such as 1200×1000mm, 1100×1100mm, etc.) and structure (single/double sided, fork inlet mode).
Feeding device: automatic or semi-automatic feeding system for conveying raw materials such as planks and blocks.
Positioning system: to ensure precise alignment of planks and dunnage blocks and improve the accuracy of finished products.
Electrical control system: PLC or CNC panel to realize automatic control of pressure, time and process.

 

B.Workflow
Material preparation: put the cut boards and piers (usually pine, poplar, etc.) into the feeding area.
Assembling and positioning: manually or robotically place the boards and dunnage blocks on the mold according to the design.
Hydraulic pressing: start the equipment, the hydraulic cylinder presses down to press the planks and pier blocks closely together (pressure adjustable).
Fixed molding: fixed by nails or glue (optional), holding pressure for a certain period of time after demolding.
Output finished products: molded pallets are sent out by conveyor belt for subsequent sanding or spraying.
