This Vacuum sealing device with single head and two sealing wheels for coil seam. Specially for the sealing of tin and aluminum alloy round cans with various specifications and sizes.
It has the function of vacuuming the tank while sealing, so as to ensure the product quality for a long time. The machine is equipped with electromagnetic clutch and brake.With the design of logic line electrical appliances, it can automatically identify the normal or fault conditions, and only allow the device to pass through the sealing mechanism and the multi-layer safety protection device smoothly when there is a can and a cap, so as to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.


Vertical Food Canning Beer Carbonated Soft Drink Aluminum Tin Can Sealing Machine Operation:
(1) The can cover is put in the head of can trunk. The can edge is jogged in the opening part of internal cover edge in the tan cover.
(2) The can body is lifted upward and tan cover is jogged in the rolling head by pressure of lifting tan tray.
(3) Cover edge is rolled inwards by the first roll gear with one side cycling cover edge for relative rotation movement and the other side exerting pressure towards axis.
(4) The second roll gear continues to compress the first seaming formed by the first roll gear and to form the second seaming, then seaming is finished after the first roll gear finishes operation.
(5) The can tray is downward and rolling head is downward to exit empty can. The forming steps are shown in the figure below.

1. The cover and main parts of the machine are made of SUS304 stainless steel;
2. The seals of the vacuum system are made of silica gel;
3. Except for the manual operation of the tank and cap, the vacuum and nitrogen filling of the machine are all controlled by automation. The programmable controller of Siemens is adopted, and the parameters can be set on the touch screen.
4. All pneumatic components and solenoid valves are under the brand of "yade" from Taiwan;
5. Use high-precision digital display pressure sensor to detect vacuum pressure;
6. Oil-free vacuum pump is adopted for the vacuum part;
7. The whole process is conducted in the sealed room.
