Dry ice particle machine
Working principle: Liquid carbon dioxide enters the ice making chamber (a low-pressure cavity) inside the machine through a pipeline. During the rapid decompression and expansion process, a part of the liquid CO2 instantly vaporizes and absorbs a large amount of heat, causing the remaining part of the liquid CO2 to drop sharply in temperature (below -78.5°C) and solidify into snowflake-shaped solid carbon dioxide (dry ice snow). The dry ice snow is then compressed by a hydraulically driven piston and extruded through a die with a specific aperture to form high-density dry ice particles (usually 3mm, 6mm, 10mm, 16mm, etc. in diameter) or small cylinders.
Advantages: high degree of automation, relatively simple operation, continuous production, uniform particle size, high density, moderate sublimation speed (slower than snowflakes), and wide range of applications.

Q: What is your payment term?
A: Our usual payment term is: 30% TT in advance, 70% TT before shipment. Other ways can also be received after we both sides discussion and agreement.
