Walnut sheller structure:
Walnut shelling machine is composed of frame, rotor, motor, fan, screen, feeding hopper, V-belt pulley and its transmission V-belt.
After normal operation of the machine, put the walnuts into the feed hopper evenly and continuously, and the walnuts will be broken under the repeated blows, rubs and collisions of the rotor
Under the rotating wind pressure and blow of the rotor, the broken shell is separated from the large mesh screen through a sieve with a certain aperture, and the screened small peel fruit is replaced with a small mesh screen
Secondary shelling filtration and separation. Walnut shells and kernels are blown out of the machine by the rotating fan, while heavier fruits are vibrated
The screening achieves the purpose of cleaning.
