Product Description

Industrial High Quality Trencher Cable Communication Pipeline Orchard Agriculture Planting Chain Trencher

Introduction of chain trencher:
The chain trencher is an efficient and practical new chain trencher. It is mainly composed of power system, deceleration system, chain drive system and soil separation system. After the diesel engine transmits the rotation to the clutch through the belt, it drives the traveling gearbox, transmission shaft, rear axle, etc. to realize the forward or backward linear motion of the chain trencher.

Chain trencher parameter:

Supporting power	Trench width	Trenching depth	Ditching speed
Tractor	120mm	0-1000mm	10-1m/m
	150mm	0-900mm	10-1m/m
	200mm	0-800mm	10-1m/m
	250mm	0-600mm	8-1m/m
	300mm	0-500mm	8-1m/m
	400mm	0-1000mm	6-1m/m
	500mm	0-1000mm	6-1m/m

Principle of chain trencher
The rotation of the diesel engine in the power system is transmitted to the reduction box in the reduction system through the quadruple belt, and then the main sprocket mounted on it is driven, and the main sprocket drives the chain meshed with it to rotate. The tool is installed on the chain, and driven by the power system, the chain drives the tool to rotate and translate, so as to realize ditching. By using the chain trencher of this solution, the trenches to be dug can be uniform in depth, uniform in width and adjustable in size, which greatly improves the excavation quality and efficiency.

Details of the trencher:
Machine advantage:

Wide range of adaptation scenarios:
The garden trencher is mainly used in fields such as water conservancy engineering operations, agricultural infrastructure construction, agricultural fertilization and planting. In order to adapt to the needs of trenching in more complex areas such as mountains, hills, woodlands, wetlands, orchards, tea gardens, etc.

Safety precautions for the use of trenchers:

In order to ensure the safety and quality of the operation of the trencher, focus on the operation in strict accordance with the operation and use regulations.
1. The operator must be familiar with and master the structure and performance of the trencher, installation and adjustment, operation and use, maintenance and other aspects of knowledge before operating and using it to prevent accidents.
2. The trencher must be checked before use. The clutch should work normally, the fasteners should not be loose, and the blade direction should be installed correctly.
3. It is strictly forbidden to use it when the clutch of the trencher is unreliable or incomplete, so as not to damage the parts and cause accidents.
4. When the trencher is driving on the road, the power of the cutter should be cut off, so that the tip of the cutter is more than 15 cm from the ground, and the driving speed should not be too high, so as to avoid damage to the machine or cause an accident due to excessive vibration.
5. Select fields without gravel, dark bricks, and wooden sticks. The soil is required to be dry to ensure the quality of the work, and it is strictly forbidden to ditch the land with construction waste and stones to prevent damage to the blades and other parts.
6. The ditching machine should maintain the straightness of ditching. If there is a bend in the ditching, it can be corrected slowly by pushing the handrail frame, but the force should not be too strong, and it is strictly forbidden to use the steering handle to adjust, so as to avoid accidents or damage. parts.
7. During ditching operations, no one should stand in the sub-soil area to prevent broken bricks and broken tiles from flying out and hurting people.
8. When the trencher turns at the head of the field, it should first cut off the walking power, and then cut off the power of the trencher, and lift the armrest forcibly so that the tip of the knife is off the ground, then engage the power, and use the low-speed, medium- and small-scale throttle to carry out the field operation. turn.
9. Due to the poor working conditions of the ditching machine, the air filter has serious dust collection. For this reason, the yarn step should be used to wrap it, and the yarn step should be cleaned frequently to keep it clean to reduce the amount of dust inhalation and prolong the cylinder liner of the diesel engine. and the service life of the piston.

Technical maintenance of trencher
1. After each shift, the soil on the trencher must be removed, and all the fasteners must be checked and fastened. If any working parts such as chain knives are found damaged, they must be replaced.
2. After the operation, in addition to completing the content of the shift maintenance, check the lubricating oil of each gear box and the clearance of each bearing and gear, and replace or adjust it if necessary.
3. After each shift, check the tightness of the main sprocket, support wheel, bearings and screws on both sides of the soil separator, and add lubricating oil.
4. Check the tension of the operation chain and adjust it if necessary.
5. Check the hydraulic hanging system, and replace the hydraulic oil in the oil tank of the hydraulic oil pump if necessary.
