First,Raw materials and equipment

Second,the production method
Melt the paraffin, stearic acid and trace chemicals in an aluminum pot, pour it into a mold that is pre-coated with oil and prepared with a candle wick. Before pouring, fill the water tank of the candle maker with cold water, and put Circulate it and encourage it to condense. After setting, the wick can be cut off.
Ordinary white candles do not require ingredients and are made of paraffin wax at about 54-58 degrees. With the development of science and technology, no black smoke, no tears, no dust, burning resistance, bright large candles, no softening in summer, no bending candles, mosquito repellent candles, scented candles, craft candles, colored candles, colored flame candles, etc. All kinds of candles should also be born.
1. Large candle without black smoke and brightness: The candle wick should be made of pure white cotton thread. The pure white cotton thread is bleached with bleaching powder, and the candle will not emit black smoke after lighting, and the brightness will be high. If the cotton thread is not bleached and contains impurities, there will be a lot of black smoke after the candle is lit, and it will not be bright.
2. No tears, no dust, burning-resistant candles: After the bleached wax core wire is soaked with chemical raw materials, the candles made are no tears, no dust, and burning-resistant. Three chemical raw material formulations for soaking wax core wire are described below, each of which can be used individually.
Formula 1: 0.04 part of boric acid, 0.64 part of phosphoric acid, 0.64 part of ammonium sulfate, 100 parts of water
Formula 2 Borax 226.8g Potassium Nitrate (Fire Nitrate) 226.8g Ammonium Sulfate 567g Water 7kg
Formula 3 Ammonium chloride (alkali sand) 4536g water 6kg
The wax core wire soaked with chemical raw materials will burn before making candles. It can also be dried in a ventilated and dry place, but it cannot be exposed to sunlight, so as to avoid the chemical mixture from a physical and chemical reaction and lose its effect.
3. In summer, the candle does not become soft, does not bend, can not afford snowflake spots, and the candle does not shed tears: candles made of paraffin are easy to become soft and curved in summer, and there are snowflake spots in the candle. After lighting, the candle sheds tears and the candle melts quickly. The resulting candle is non-soft, non-bending and resistant to burning.
The wax oil formula for this candle (by weight) is 100 kg of paraffin plus 1-1.5 kg of FB-160 additive.
4. Scented candles: Mix 200 grams of B-cyclodextrin, 600 milliliters of water, and 20 grams of lavender (can also be replaced with essence), mix well, and then mix for three hours. The taken-out inclusions are dried in a vacuum dryer or spray-dried at 60°C (the temperature cannot be too high, otherwise the fragrance will be deteriorated) into powdered chemical inclusions (unconditionally, other methods can be used to dry into powders). Store the powdered chemical package in a ventilated and dry place for later use. When producing candles, the powdered chemical package material is put into the dissolved candle manufacturing raw materials, mixed well, and then poured into the mold of the machine to make scented candles.
